What I Want For My Birthday

Part two: here is what I am actually hoping for. I have thought pretty long and hard about this.

• TiVo - probably not going to happen because I don't have a land line, and apparently you need one to hook it up. Who thought of that, by the way? I will pay someone big bucks to figure out how to hook that f%$ker up to a cell phone. Seriously.
• A vacation - probably not going to happen because I don't have any extra money, and am already going to New York next weekend anyway. After that trip, I for sure will not have any money left. Or vacation days.
• "Anchorman" on DVD. Has this come out yet on DVD? If it has, take note, good friends.
• To go out for dinner with girlfriends - this is happening, so that's good.
• Money - I love money. I need more of it to support my lifestyle, my social habits, and my sanity. Please donate to my funds. I promise it won't be wasted (but I might be).
• I kind of want "Jerry Maguire" to fly out here, show up on my doorstep, and jump out of a chocolate, buttercream-frosting birthday cake with sprinkles, wearing a pair of boxer briefs. Why I want this, I'm not sure. I used to date "Jerry". It didn't really work out, but after a little bit of not talking and later, pretending that I didn't give a f&%k about whether or not I ever spoke to him again, I realize that I really do kind of miss him. He is the Master of Funny Shit, and he is still my favorite person to talk to at 5 am. (Sorry Chris, you come in a very close second.) I am sure that I will not get this as a birthday present, seeing as I royally screwed things up a couple of weeks ago. But it would be nice nonetheless.
