Random, Sorry
Just in case anyone was wondering, the following has been on my mind, or has happened, today:Why is it that anyone who speaks in French, or in a French accent always sounds so sexy, regardless of what they are saying? Conversely, why do all the British sound smart, regardless of what they are saying?
I just got back from the depressing laundromat, but it was so cold outside that even with a big puffy jacket I was contemplating taking a nap inside one of the huge dryers because it was so nice and warm.
Some guy called me from a 601 area code tonight. I didn't know who it was, and I could barely hear him, so when I said, "Who is this?" he literally replied, "Sorry baby, I must be having the wrong number. I'm lookin' for DeShawn, and you ain't black." Click.
