Marissa's A Faker
Did anyone catch "The O.C." last night? Holy hell, what is going on?! I don't believe for one second that Marissa and Alex are a thing. It's just obnoxious. When Marissa told Jody, Alex's ex-girlfriend, that she wouldn't leave her "girlfriend" with her for a night, I just about dropped my bowl of Honeycombs (good cereal) and fell off my couch. Clearly, Marissa is a faker. She loves Ryan, and always has. And if she really is a bisexual, why wouldn't she have gone for Summer? Summer is hot.Speaking of which, I am hoping for a reunion between Summer and Seth, even though I like Seth so much that I am even jealous of fictional character being in a relationship with him. And Zack, this season's new Luke, needs to be 86'd immediately. As my co-worker and fellow "O.C." fan says, "His hair is wicked. Wicked bad."
Also, last night's episode marked a milestone, as we were introduced to Rebecca. Rebecca is Sandy's long-lost, ex-fiance, hot Jewish unattainable chick. Good to see they're putting more of us on television. (Although props to Grace Adler, she's the original.)
For recaps of episodes you might have missed (we can't all have TiVo because we don't all have landlines, now do we), check out Television Without Pity. They have these obnoxious, hilarious writers recap episodes of popular shows every week. The recaps are really long (usually around 14 pages or so), but once you're done you don't even have to go back and try to catch a repeat because they're so thorough.
