The Road to 1,000

Is anyone looking at the counter? As I type, we are at 1,000! Do you understand how exciting this is? It means that there is an assload of people out there reading what I have to say, which is both thrilling and sort of intimidating at the same time.

My tracker, I have learned, is not the most accurate, because I know that there are some people out there who read and do not register on the tracker (and it shows me that the number of actual hits, or times this blog has been accessed, to date is 5,029, which is pretty amazing). But I feel like I should do something special for the 1,000th person that the tracker counts as reading this. Maybe like a personal email or a voucher for a date with me. I like that idea - you're the 1,000th visitor, so you win the honor of taking me out to dinner? Hmm, tempting.

Anyway, if anyone has a suggestion as to what to do for our special 1,000th visitor, please let me know.
