SWF In Search of SWA
If I were placing a personals ad right now, the above subject would be my headline. "SWA" is code - code for "Single White Aspirin". I don't seem to have any in my house right now, although I am also borderline brain dead. At what point in the night last night did I decide it would be good to do a shot of Stoli O, a Lemon Drop, and a shot of chilled vodka? Oh right, sometime between glass 4 and 5 of Riesling. At least the drinks were free (part of my benefits package, I like to think). I am also trying hard to remember if I kissed my friend Grant. I don't think I did, but I'm sure I will find out when we go out again tomorrow night. Gotta love surprises.Quick: anyone have a good hangover cure? I am about to sit through 8+ hours of training and I need a pick-me-up. I'll probably resort to the usual - a 24 oz. bottle of real Coca-Cola (not Diet, not C2) and a sausage, egg, and cheese from McDonald's. Okay, so maybe it'll induce a coronary, but it tastes so good. Especially the "real" Coke. That usually does the trick. Well, and usually an aspirin, which I unfortunately am out of right now.

Flynn,
Top five breakfast meals for hangovers:
1. Moon Over My Hammy meal at Denny's (only acceptable to eat at Denny's when no other alternatives on road trips or when drinking/hung over)
2. Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit at McDonald's
3. Taylor Ham and Cheese
4. Biscuits and gravy from Shriver
5. anything from Waffle House or Chick-Fil-A (especially when drinking occurs in southern half of country)
Okay, so I can't do a saline IV, but I am going to stock up on Pedialyte, because I've actually heard about this from a couple different drunks (Chris included) who swear by it.
I wonder if the grocery home delivery service I use has it in stock??
